Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. Because we are an independent holiday let brand, cancellations affect us significantly. Our policy balances flexibility for our guests with the security needed to manage our properties sustainably.

• Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
• 50% Refund: Guests who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, as well as no-shows or early departures, are completely non-refundable.

Extenuating Circumstances & Travel Insurance

We strictly adhere to this policy regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies). We strongly advise all guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unexpected financial loss.
